Imperial 12 Inch 5mm Heavy Gauge Polished Fry Pan

Imperial 12 Inch 5mm Heavy Gauge Polished Fry Pan Review

I like the weight of this pan. It feels solid and substantial. Because of the heavier weight, the pan takes a little longer to heat than I was accustomed to, but heats much more evenly and consistently than my previous pan.br /br /The non-stick coating is very efficient and seems very scratch resistant.br /br /My only complaint with the pan is the exterior finish, including the rim of the pan. They stain very easily and the stains do not come off with either hand- or dish-washing. The lustrous shine of the finish also disappeared very quickly and the exterior now looks rather worn and dull after just a month of normal use.br /br /The price, of course, was rather terrific at .br /br /I am happy to trade off the cosmetic appearance of the pan for the extra weight, better cooking ability and low price. However, if cosmetic appearance was important to me, I’d look for a higher-priced option.
