br /Love, love this pan! Great size and feel. The handles are great. Truly nonstick, cleaning is a dream! Eggs, pancakes, anything you cook inside slides right off. My other pans are Martha Stewart brand and are no where near as good. The fact that it is made environmentally safe for the planet and safe for us as well is fantastic. Buying “Green” products is extremely important. After weeks of using, the bottom hasn’t turned brown like my other pans. It still has the pretty green leaves design

When the non-stick is applied to the pan water solvent evaporates rather then emitting PFOA into the air. Eco is part of our name and our products.
